Call Bridging for Recording (CBR) is a service that enables businesses to record voice calls to be
transcribed afterward using AM Post-Call Transcription Services. It receives the customer
calls and redirects them to the call center while starting to record. The platform allows SIP
or PSTN connections and deliver a stereo audio file.
