The Bot Conversation moment is when a call is received by a Call Bot / IVR platform and
the caller starts a dialogue with the machine via his or her voice. The service will play
Text-To-Speech (TTS, not included, but capabilities to consume an external API)
messages and collect answers in a natural-language mode. An NLU (Natural Language
Understanding) service must be used to detect the caller’s intention and build the
response. The call can be transferred to a human if required.
