The Post Conversation moment is when a call-recorded stereo audio file is transcribed
into a timely text file with the option to redact the text (and the voice file) for RGPD or
PCI-DSS compliance. Tags could also be applied to the transcript for additional marketing
analysis, Customer scoring or Agent evaluation.
Files (audio and transcription) can be stored in TheScribr platform or transferred to a
third-party tool using any existing connectors or the Activate API.
